Inspections
PRIOR DELIVERY INSPECTION
Prior to buying your RV the dealership should provide you with a PDI. Did you know that you can hire a third party to do this inspection? Also if you're buying used from an individual or if you just want an overall inspection of your RV this 98 point check is the way to go! We can break this inspection down to individual systems as well if desired for example electrical or LP.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM INSPECTION
Are your lights flickering? Does your battery seem to just be going dead constantly? You may have electrical issues that you'll never have in your home. Your RV goes up and down the road and so often electrical appliances, outlets, and even distribution panels are located close to water piping, heat, or even attached to a moving slide.

Preventative Maintenance
WHEEL BEARING PACKS
Grease has a shelf life and even without traveling the grease in your bearings degrades. If you have the ez lube zerk fittings eventually that old grease has to go somewhere it can blow through your seal into your brakes if overfilled. The importance of getting bearings inspected can not be overlooked. A bad bearing or race can lead to an axle failure, blowout, or further harm to you or your RV.
WATER HEATER SERVICE
We want hot water for showers and washing dishes but when's the last time you flushed your water heater or inspected your zinc anode rod. Electric or LP they both need service and inspection.
FURNACE SERVICE
Before cold weather gets here let's inspect that furnace and furthermore lets clean it out because throughout the year bugs and other critters like to make your furnace there home.
RUBBER ROOF PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
We offer a free roof inspection and if we find anything suspicious you'll know about it. A new roof can start at $5,000 and a simple yearly cleaning with UV protection can make the difference. Most RV owners biggest fears are water intrusion, so often it starts right above you, and just because you don't see it below you doesn't mean it's not leaking into your roof or attic area.
GENERATOR SERVICE
No matter the Class RV you have, if you have a generator it will need maintenance and if you want to depend on your generator then it depends on you having it serviced. Look at your generator manufacturer maintenance schedule and live by it.
REFRIGERATOR SERVICE
Routine inspections for optimal air flow & burner/flue cleaning can prolong the life of your refrigerator and keep it operating efficiently.
WATER SYSTEM CHECK
Recommended annually to prevent water system failures. Includes a pressure test and cleaning of fresh water tank as well as inspecting water pump operation.
APPLIANCE/ACCESSORIES CHECK
Perform annually to help keep appliances & accessories operating efficiently & provide trouble-free travels.
AIR CONDITIONER SERVICE
Air conditioners operate more efficiently & perform better with the coils cleaned & filters changed annually.
WINTERIZATION/DE-WINTERIZATION PACKAGES
Prior to winter storage, make sure to winterize for enjoyment in the next Spring and, likewise, after the long, cold winter, it's important to make sure your system is clean of antifreeze & checked for leaks.
LP INSPECTION SERVICE
Annual inspections & pressure checks are recommended to help ensure safe travels.
SLIDEOUT MAINTENANCE SERVICE
Annual inspections are recommended to maintain trouble-free operation & long life. Includes slide out inspection & lubrication of seals & slide mechanism.
